Sacramento “Art of Healing” Scholarship 2021

While the Sacramento community endured its fair share of trauma in 2020, our city is characterized by our ability to heal. While many residents are still healing from COVID-19, others heal from financial stress and physical injuries. For every challenge, healing will look differently based on the circumstances and individuals.
At AutoAccident.com, we understand healing. We have worked with clients who have been injured in auto accidents in Sacramento and we have stood alongside them as they work to heal physically, financially, and emotionally.
With this topic so close to home for the Sacramento community, we would like to offer a scholarship to a high school senior who can creatively express what healing means to them.

Scholarship Art Submission
Rather than writing a traditional essay, we would like for students to submit an original piece of artwork that captures “The Art of Healing.” This piece can be any creative medium including but not limited to sculpture, video, painting, mosaic, poem, or photo.
For 3D art submissions, the artwork should only be a photo/video of the work, not the work itself.
Scholarship Information
Award: One student will be awarded $1,000; (nonrenewable) to be paid directly to their college or university admissions office.
Deadline: The scholarship application deadline is May 14, 2021. The awarded student will be contacted by us in June 2021.
