Solis Scholarship Fund

Dollar Amount: Up to $3,500
Deadline: Unknown
Sponsor: Solis Mammography
Award Type: Scholarship Money
Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on 10/25/2022

Solis Mammography, the nation’s largest independent provider of breast screening and diagnostic services, has launched the Solis Scholarship Fund to provide financial support for full-time students in radiologic technologist (RT) degree programs who want to impact lives through a career in mammography, enhancing this critical professional pipeline.

RT students who plan to specialize as mammography technologists can receive up to $3,500 annually for up to two years to go toward tuition.

Mammography technologists are RTs who have received additional training to perform mammograms, operating advanced 3D X-ray technology equipment to capture multiple images of a patient’s breasts to help radiologists detect cancer.

The Solis Scholarship Fund is reviewed, verified and operated by America’s Charities, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with 40 years of charitable funds management expertise. Donations are tax-deductible and all grants made from the fund are tax-free.

To apply, go to the scholarship's web site.
