| Are you a junior HBCU student in need of financial assistance? The TMCF | Vanguard Scholarship is open for junior HBCU students attending TMCF-member institutions. Students can receive up to $5,000 for the 2023-2024 academic school year. For eligible students, this scholarship is renewable for their senior year. The application deadline is Monday, March 27 at 12 p.m. EST. | |
