Exhibitor Quick Reference - 2014 HBCU Black Greek Career Expo
Atlanta Greek Picnic Weekend attracts more than 20,000 annual attendees. This year's event is expected to be even larger, and we've changed venues to accommodate our growth. The breathtaking Marriott Marquis Atlanta plays host to this year's event and we've locked in a block of exquisite rooms for our guests. Ads should ideally include your logo and link to jobs, or career site, may also include 150 word or less statement about your organization. Employers may choose to forego this "Congratulatory" message and provide an ad you currently use, however ads must match the size specs below:
  • Ad Deadline: May 19th
  • A single document with dimensions set to 6x9
  • A page count of 12, preferably single pages (instead of spreads)
  • An extra bleed area (if applicable) of 1/8" (which is .125") on all four edges, for a total bleed size of 6.25" x 9.25". Any items that bleed would need to be extended into that bleed area.
  • Any non-bleeding items in the layout should ideally be 1/4" away from the edges.
