Exhibitor Quick Reference - 2014 HBCU Black Greek Career Expo
Atlanta Greek Picnic Weekend attracts more than 20,000 annual attendees. This year's event is expected to be
even larger, and we've changed venues to accommodate our growth. The breathtaking Marriott Marquis Atlanta plays
host to this year's event and we've locked in a block of exquisite rooms for our guests. Our career fair
last year drew roughly 400 student and approximately 600 alumni job seekers. We expect to double our career expo
participation this year!
First Sign Up As an Employer on Our Website and select "The Career Expo" and any other options you are
interested in using our online
form.
A member of our staff should reach out to you to confirm your interest in the career expo and reserve your
space along with the number of recruiters that you would like to have access.
HBCUConnect.com will issue an invoice which can be paid online via credit card, or a check can be mailed in
to us at our new office location: 7346 East Broad Street, Blacklick, Ohio 43004.
Our fulfillment team will make sure you have all information and forms necessary for the booth space
reservation.
Join us on June 4th for our opening networking reception, or on June 5th at our career expo at the Marriott
Marquis, in Atlanta, Georgia!

Any non-bleeding items in the layout should ideally be 1/4" away from the edges.
