Signal & Soul – Choices: A New Resource for Finding Clinical Trials That Actually Include You
(full story below)
For decades, clinical trial data has been hard to find, harder to trust, and rarely built with underrepresented communities in mind. Signal & Soul – Choices (signalandsoulchoices.com) is a free, openly available directory built to change that — tracking clinical trials relevant to Black, Latino, and Spanish-speaking communities, pulled directly from ClinicalTrials.gov and refreshed monthly.
The site is bilingual (English/Spanish) from top to bottom, and every listing is plain about what it knows and doesn't — no guessing at sign-up dates or padding out incomplete information. You can browse open and upcoming trials, search by condition, and look up partner institutions already engaged in this work.
"What would you choose, if you knew your options?"
That question is at the center of why this project exists. Too many people never hear about a trial that could have been relevant to them — not because it didn't exist, but because the information never reached them.
We're inviting HBCUs, student health organizations, and community groups to get involved:
Explore the trials directory at signalandsoulchoices.com/trials
Apply to become a partner institution at signalandsoulchoices.com/partner — get listed, and share the site's QR code/link at your own events
Subscribe for a monthly digest of open trials matching your community's interests
If your campus, chapter, or organization is already doing work in health equity or community outreach, we'd love to connect.
