Dont let a party interfere with a study night.... Dont let a professor/upperclassman treat you like ****simply because you're a freshman. This aint high school no more, and we're all should be pretty much grown by now. Drinking is fun....but drinking AND driving aint cool unless you're a local. If you're gonna get sloppy-**** ****, do so around people you trust. Like a buddy from h.s. that came to college with you. It's SO DAMN EASY to lose stuff like wallets, keys, virginity etc when you're ****.

Get all the quarters you need now, they are like gold. Noodles will become a staple in your diet. Don't let your friends borrow anything of importance or value to you. Lysol is a must. Don't be naive about any situation (especially when it includes you doing something you know you shouldn't). Tutorial centers are open for a reason, use them! DON'T PROCRASTINATE!!! Everyone you meet will not be your friend, nor are they meant to be. People are hella shady, so don't share your business wit nobody!

^^^^so true about those quarters(girl start saving now) PLEASE DON'T PROCRASTINATE.(once you start it's a hard habit to break) Keep food in ya room(because there will be days you will be like what the fugg is this crap they tryna feed me in the cafe) Try to get involved in something on campus that you like. You're love your school a lot more if you do. Don't get mixed in with the wrong crowd. Try to attend classes on a regular bases.(don't be one of the fools who decide they want to report to class once a week smh) Be open to meeting new people(if you're a people person this will be no problem for you) It's quite interesting to learn about different backgrounds, habits, etc... Study hard and make good grades. Don't start off on the wrong foot because it's really hard to get back on the right track. Set aside some me time for youself. Trust me, you're gonna need it. Get ready to start budgeting your money if you don't already...whooo times are hard. If you only got $10 dollars for a whole week, you gonna learn how to make that mug stretch.lol Yeah you're gonna want to party.. that's typical..just don't make it your 1st priority. Make sure your roommate is respectful of you and your things, as well as the other way around. and lastly, just make the best of your first year. Live it up!

Ladies, you dont have to get into full makeup for an 8 AM class, dont nobody care what you look like that early...we all still sleep. Dont just fall into the whole study group thing, you and I both know you aint really learn nothing with everybody there so get a little private study time to yourself. Get to know your professors or at least let them be somewhat aquainted with you....its so beneficial in the long run Ladies get to know the young women on your floor and in your dorm cause when times get hard and u need stuff like food cause money a little tight or a book when ur scholarship hasnt posted yet...these are the ladies that make ur freshmen year worthwhile HAVE FUN but do remember you are here first and foremost to be educated
