chat login problem

Everytime that I try to login to the chat it tells me that I am an unauthorized user and then I have to login in again. And when I do login in again it says the same message. This has been happening to me ever since they created the HBCU Chat. I have never been able to get into it because it allows says that I am an unauthorized user. Can someone help me out ASAP. Thanks.
