Document Based Questions for AP history classes. They give u like 8-10 documents and u have to answer a question using most or all of the documents to support your answer and analyze them.
we dont have that at my school and they really dont motivate black kids to take ap classes i walked in one of those classes they looked a me like i was an alien....you think it would push blacks to get into it but some teachers make you feel so dumb
it's really simple. you just write an essay using info that they give you. last year we had to make a chart b4 we wrote.
on one side write what you already know.
on the other side write what the documents taught ya.
then based on the topic, you write a thesis and use the chart to back you up.
im the only black person in all the ap classes i take, it motivates me to learn more and answer more questions so that people know i don't play.
education is a privledge, to many people take it for granted.
thats true but my school is like where the black kids go to get notice for sports and focus on school or after they get kicked out of other schools ..its sad but true because the other schools in my county will get you into fights everyday and the teachers dont care...then they come to taravella and some teachers motivate and others look down on you.........but the smartestand most detrimined kids always push forward
questions for ya, dont you hate when your pred. white friends say its not fair that there are all black schools?
I mean harvard was an all white school, along with yale.
and honestly hbcu's arent even pred. black institues anymore...i mean come on morehouse had a white valedictorian.
sorry. i don't have any PREDJUDICE white friends...oh, wait. My school is all-black. I don't have white friends. lol
that's a terrible thing to say. and most of those prestigious schools WERE all-white and now they're only giving other people a chance so they can look DIVERSE.
