It's my project. I'm moving up to 125 and have put on a nice amount of weight already, however, I'm not too intelligent on the whole protein/proper weight gain thing.
Someone educate me be it they have the time.

You dont HAVE to take the protein shakes to get big..It's just a supplement to help you with your routine or a missed meal..Egg whites would do ..
They say that if you eat 6-8 egg whites a day you will get the added protein that goes in the shakes..
Im going to get back on the 6 meal a deal thing and working out 3 times a week..I want my sh*t together before the Spring..
