Are there many times that we as Greeks, get the
"So What. I got MY Letters" syndrome and feel like
thinking/saying about that next person trying to come through
in your org, that you don't feel obligated anymore to giving
handouts to people that probably won't follow-through on
their own personal responsibilities on making it into your organization?
or situation B, say your chapter isn't doing what it's supposed to
be doing on the yard. (ie: holding workshops, campus involvement, etc) And
you start to get the "So What. I got MY Letters" syndrome?
Basically you start thinking about Graduation and kind of slowly fade out
your chapter involvement. Even when people that come up asking you about
your org, you begin brushing them off or telling them stuff that basically
just tells them to look for postings, or somethin, etc?
I think everyone has felt Situation A before. Usually you just gotta role your eyes and keep it moving. Not every prospect is going to be tight but you just have to look past them to the next person for the perpetuity of your organization.
