I have a new pic & an important message for everybody! Posted on 05-23-2004
Perseverance

Well, here they are... This is one of my high school senior pics (I did the writing in the background for homecoming). This is part of a family portrait (I wasn't for sure if my parents wanted to be shown on the Internet). This pic was taken while I was at a convention in Dallas. This pic was shot at a banquet in Orlando during spring break. I just took this pic because I was bored and needed something to do. I also took this one to **** time (I didn't mean for it to be so big). My new pic's on Page 2.

I'd been planning to display my grad pics that I ordered, but they hadn't come back yet. Plus, I have a senior pic, but I don't like how it looks on Imagestation. So, I just wanted to show you all the cover of my diploma... For those who don't know, I graduated magna **** laude from AAMU with a degree in Electrical Engineering this year. The reason I'm telling you this is because I've accomplished one of my biggest goals in life, and if I can achieve my goals, then so can you. If you desire to become a doctor, lawyer, engineer, actor/actress, model, scientist, professor, author, singer, artist, professional athlete, and/or whatever it may possibly be, you can still be that and more. Just remember to not allow other people's words or actions bring you down or to deter you from your goals or aspirations. Also, I've learned that the individual can be the worst critic to himself (or herself), so remember to stay optimistic when times get tough. You have the ability to live up to any of your dreams, but you have to believe in yourself. This post is not really intended for me to be the center of attention, but to encourage you to not give up on your goals and to do the best you can. It's actually a spin-off from one of the topics I read in "Tha Yard", and I felt it was appropriate to address this today. So, I just wanted to get this off my chest, and I hope this message finds you in contentment and peace. God bless!! 8)

Thanks! I liked being in Dallas, and I had a lot of fun there. I did a lot of networking with various companies, and it was worth it.
