African Americans and Hispanics in the United States should work together as minorities for all issues. For decades, the majority African Americans and Hispanics in the United States struggled to live correctly due to the images brought upon themselves of negativity and ****. As time passed, opportunities for African Americans and Hispanics expanded and they capitalized. Now, more African Americans and Hispanics are successful but more African Americans and Hispanics are reflecting the image of negativity and ****. As minorities, the neccessity to prove all the critics wrong and that it is possible for African Americans and Hispanics to resolve issues and excel.

African Americans and Hispanics are somewhat new to politics because of the fact that African Americans and Hispanics weren't accepted to be politicians. Now, however, there are more African Americans and Hispanics in politics than ever to help out the community. Although most see musical artists as entertainment, they are the most influential politicians. Rappers, for example, influence the community as a whole. They are televised and played on the radio more than politicians so they have a greater effect on the community. If rappers portray **** and negativity on television and on the radio, **** and negativity becomes acceptable to mimic. Not to say that its the television or radio fault but as African Americans and Hispanics, we need to realize right from wrong by educating ourselves.

African Americans and Hispanics often communicate well with eachother but are misunderstood by other cultures because of their ignorance about the way of life. Grudges against other cultures, others in general, is the wrong way of life so we should change grudges to competitiveness towards eachother. The difference between a grudge and a competition is that competitions do not involve hatred or dislike. If African Americans and Hispanics work together to make this transition, respect will be earned. Cultural diffusion, socially, can educate as well as indoctrinate and differentiate the negative outlooks and opinions of diversity.

One of the important things that can be done to strengthen the relationship between African American and Hispanic communities is for someone to step up and attract, attack, abolish diversity. Not to say that African American and Hispanic communities are weak but some are isolated. African American and Hispanic communities all around the world face dissimilarity but if someone who is an influential leader in a community reach out more then socialism as well as companionship will be displayed. If someone who is looked up to, such as a leader, does the right thing then others will follow. Although propaganda often destroys communities, it can help if it is utilized by a leader in the community.

A HBCU (Historically Black College & University) gives African Americans and an opportunity to succeed. From the early 1800's to now, HBCU's has educated African Americans and gave them a chance at success and to become educated. African Americans came a long way from not being able and allowed to read to having colleges to thank for those exact extremities . HBCU's has already done a great job at educating African Americans. However, the only negative is that there isn't enough HBCU's around the US for all African Americans to have access to.
