I know you ladies and even men have read the title and you guys are totally confused and Ready to disagree BUT.....While i was listining to the radio Two Doctors came on the Michael Baisden Show (on the tom joyner show channel) "Love Lust and Lies" Dr. Baruke and Dr. Amen(a female doctor)and it was basically a health segment ANYWAY the female doctor informed the listners that it is not healthy or not ok to have your menstrual cycle for more than 2 days and 3 days is too much...WHAT! I know thats what i said but wait theres more...Her reasoning was that having a span for what seems to be normal for us regular ladies 4-7 days sometimes 8 days is basically loosing the amount of blood that amount to the blood in a baby and its like loosing life when the whole point of our period is to shed the unused lining of our **** to hold a baby according to Dr. Amen thats what explains us being so tired and etc etc....Anyway she says the reason why we do have such long cycles is due to the way we eat and our lifestyles and lack of internal and external excercises......We should stay away from any diary products....meats...and basically only eat vegies and fish and water and natural juices.....could u believe that ????!!!!!! ....and she said hers lasted only for 1 day to 2 and thats it i couldnt believe it but what do yall think ..????? I find it shocking why didnt our doctors tell us this sooner???!!!!
I know if we all followed this and it is in fact true that We as Women Would be MUCH MUCH happier and men would be too ..... So tell me what u think and if u ladies would actually try this method and see wat happens

Man, i'm sorry, but if i don't even do diets, I can't say that i'm going to rearrange my whole entire lifestyle for a lil blood. Some women get bad cases of **** (cramping, moody, irritable, etc.), but I can't say that I'm one of em. They are basically saying to cut out entire food groups that are necessary for a balanced diet.
Now, I do firmly believe that a HEALTHY diet can do alot to improve and effect the way our bodies operate and function. If anything, becoming more balanced and lessoning the preservatives and additives will do alot to effect a positive change. Not trying to knock their research, but I think that's more of the thing that i'm going to steer towards
I don't care what they said, that doesn't sound normal to me. A menstrual cycle for 1-2 days? Come on now! I mean, don't get me wrong, it sounds nice, but...I just don't think that's accurate. Who are they to say that after 2 days, its not good? Periods are the lining of the **** shedding, and every woman's body is different. Some may bleed more than others...
I second that^^ thats not normal and no meat? How many sistas u kno that dont eat meat? that lady is trippin and i wonder if she's a sista...she needs to go to tha doctor if her cycles be 1-2 days. she sick
