Hey everybody this is Jamie. I'm new so I'm going to introduce myself a little bit.
I'm a 17 y.o. female (18 in sept!!!) and I live in Wisconsin. I'm getting ready to be a senior which means I'm about to start filling out college apps.
Howard is definitely my 1st choice school and Hampton & Spelman are my 2nd & 3rd choices. Since I love writing and reading I plan on majoring in Print Journalism.

Hey I plan on applying to Howard too. I already got the application and I'm still deciding if I want to major in print or broadcast journalism. I didn't know you can major in both don't they both include too many classes I went on a trip to D.C. 2 weeks ago. Howard is so big I loved it there!
well it would be easy to combine because the major is in the same deparment and they have a lot of common classes so it should be very easy to do so i went in march i think
Oh so you want to double major in Print J and Broadcast J? If I double major it would be Print J and a major from the COAS. Probably Spanish or something English or Social Studies related.
I do too. I'm really not interested in being in an honors program my freshman year because I just want to come and have fun and stress about homework. But my mom wants me to apply for it. But I probably won't qualify for it anyway because I think my ACT might not be high enough.
