I was listening to the radio this morning and the topic of discussion was women marrying men that are in prison. One lady called in and said that she's getting married this weekend and her fiance is currently serving 30 years. She said that she couldn't find love on the outside. Another lady's story was that her husband is serving LIFE for murder and she's staying with him so that their kids couldn't say that they didn't know their father...who is in a prison 4hrs away. Then lastly another lady called in and said that she gets more love in her 2hr visits than some women experience in a lifetime! :o I wonder what goes down during those visits! Could you marry a man while he's locked up and still has a lot of time to serve?Can a man legitimately provide for his family from the inside?Would you leave your husband if he got locked up for life or at least 25 yrs?Discuss...
Hmmm...well as fun as it sounds makin 5 hr journeys to get frisked, scanned and interrogated to see my husband for maybe an hour if im lucky..and as much as i'd luv to have to explain to my kids why they can only see their daddy on the weekends and why hes forever in that awful looking jump suit...i think i'd have to pass..lool

ummmm I think we would be done, finito. I don't think I'd stay with a man unless he's not guilty then I MIGHT...but if he's guilty...then ummm losing me and his family would be the price he paid for committing a crime...vows do say for better or for worse, right? I dunno...
