Math: do not take BAYNE....he is bad teacher Spanish: take Nolan or Tucker Poli Sci: Glasper, if he still teaches English: never take Bryant...Wilson is ok...but she's off a little.
What is wrong with Bryant?
When I took Bryant 1st semester...he was dumb. This man made us write essays on the crazy topics and then he had the nerve to grade hard. He made us read through this grammar book because he said we were misplacing our commas and periods. He's class is boring! One thing that tripped me out was that fact that we had to write two essays on the Muslim process of prayer and on the Muslim war, ****. He was Muslim and wanted us to learn his way of life. However, I heard he is engaged....so mybe he got "some" and calmed down a little. Who knows. Just tough it out though. I still earned an A and that is because he lets you revise and rewrite essays for a better grade...so that is the good thing about him.
Oh okay that isn't too bad ::wipes sweat from forehead:: He sounds like a teacher I had for english in high school

For all the School Of Business students and others taking these courses: -Don't worry about your Business Orientation class, because all you have to do is attend and you are almost guaranteed an A. -For Spanish try getting Luna and And Pauline Jackson if they still do Spanish 1 and 2 -Basically all the math teachers that Howard have are garbage and the others can hardly speak english. The only good one I heard of is Goodlett...so try to get him - For Anthropology try getting Dr. Arvilla Payne-Jackson....she's real cool and all your tests are take home. -For English try getting Harrell or Preston.....their teaching to me came off as a little "sweet", but they love giving out A's if your work is pretty str8. - If anyone if is taking Intro. to Black Diaspora, you need to holla at a teacher with the last name of Shango.....I basically went to class twice a month (your grade is mostly based on papers) , and came out with an A. *If you need some more help finding a good/easy teacher in your course holla at me and I'll try to find you someone who had one

Both are good. I had "Senorita Paulina" and she was just **** in my opinion. First time i actually love going to Spanish. Unfortunately she doesn't do spanish 2, so i got stuck with Tucker. Both of them are Jamaican, but this man has a lisp...PLUS he talks fast. Imagine that added in with Spanish...not cool. I got a good grade tho. He isn't hard. -Basically all the math teachers that Howard have are garbage and the others can hardly speak english. The only good one I heard of is Goodlett...so try to get him. VERY true, one reason why i punked out and DID NOT take a math course last year. Thought i would do it at a JC, but it didn't work out. So i'll be in Algebra 1 with Moore. He's young, i hear an okay teacher, PLUS he doesn't have an accent...and that's a rare find! - For Anthropology try getting Dr. Arvilla Payne-Jackson....she's real cool and all your tests are take home. -For English try getting Harrell or Preston.....their teaching to me came off as a little "sweet", but they love giving out A's if your work is pretty str8.I LOVED me some Harrell. He's as sweet as a skittle, but a good teacher. He'll get in ya **** about some grammar, but i think overall it just makes u a better writer. 2nd semester i had Greene, she's a cool teacher as well. A professional editor, so she'll get in that tail as well. But a cool one.

For Introduction to African American Studies 1 & 2, I took Dr. Carr and I enjoyed his classes. When I was a Freshman, I took Dr. Ruppell for English Comp. He also teaches Humanties, but his class usually fills it quickly. I took Dahlin also for Cultural Anthropology, and he was cool, but at times he put me to sleep.

i think homiegirl asked me this in my xanga, but i decided to post this up for everyone...but didnt i already write something like this...but then again i am getting slowly senile :? french---ok i took french 3 years in highschool, TRUST ME, unless you can speak fluent french take french 1...when you do get the french 1 class get professor hailou..he is easy but not too easy ya wont learn anything new...like basically the guy is from canada and will teach ya more about accents and grammar and all....if you are a fluent speaker and decide to take french 2...well there really arent good french 2 teachers...they are kinda psycho...i took professor haines or something like that..anyways i got an A in that class but i seriously had to work for that A with various projects and even having to go around DC describing stuff in french lol..she's cool sometimes has an attitude but just be sure to pay attention, do your work, and try to act like you know what she is talking about when she asks you stuff in "crack french"(french spoken super-fluent like you talking on the street with one of your frenh homies lol) oh yeah giving daps to drew for spelling it out for the business majors lol...especially about math cause all my business homies who were stuck with baine for applied calculus dropped that **** and we are all taking goodlet  OH YEAH MICHAEL I GOT CARR, is he easy "good" cause i got too many credits to be learning about anything in black history at this moment lol
