im such a huge procrastinator when i dont have time to be cause god knows i need those scholarships (especially if im tryin to go to howard) but anyways, get this - my mom was watching the view yesterday and one of the ladies one there was like how her daughter went to Hunter College in manhattan because they didnt have money to afford a more expensive college Hunter is one of the colleges im applying to but it is more or less of a backup school and i made the mistake of telling my mom this so she goes on to say what's the diff. btwn howard and hunter??? and im like theres a big difference and im tryin to explain but she doesnt get it example - mom: whats wrong with hunter if it costs less? me: nothing but i see myself at howard.i want the full college experience mom: like what? me: like staying in dorms.it gives college a more community/home feel.when i think of college i think of dorm life mom: what do dorms have to do with an education?? i gave up after a while and she went the rest of the day calling me Hunter girl (and every time i corrected her and told her it was howard girl LOL

) ugh.she just doesnt get it ok im done venting!!! and thaks for tohse websites cutie4life!!! deucez

Your welcome..itsmekayla..but my whole family is like how your mom..they all expect me to go to Winston Salem State University..like my sisters..but I sure as hell dont want to..lol..even though WSSU costs way less than Howard..they dont have a strong program in Biology..like Howard does..I just pray one of my family members will hit the lottery before August of next year..lol...
