Need some feedback.
A person is wanting to pledge, goes to the meeting, gets the money, submit the paperwork, but was told by one of the future members that it was too late to be made, but he dp told me to contact him. i tried for two weeks to do so, all the while i am still going through the process. if i cross i will be the only one no made. should i care, or will they ask me to come in after i have crossed? & What should i do?
"Too late" is too late.
If you don't submit your paperwork on time and national headquarters don't process them, then you will remain an aspirant until the next intake window comes around.
The best/only thing for you to do is to continue attending events and interact with the brothers until you're able to submit your application on time. There's nothing much a brother at the chapter level can do to slip you in the backdoor.
If you continue with "the process" at this point, you're taking the risk of not becoming a member of the organization in the future.
Straight up answers to your questions...
Should you care? Yes, you're being strung along.
Will they ask you to come in after you have crossed? You haven't crossed anything.
What should you do? Try again next time.

So are you saying that you want to be hazed? I'm just reading the title of this thread. Interesting. LOL
