imma go with georgia, just because of the HBCUs, including the AUC, albany state, savannah state, paine.....and plus GEORGIA is just a crunk state anyways ....what can anyone say about NC??....*take your shirt off, lift it round your head, spin it like a helicopter*
That ain't no worse than "I **** in my white t, hang in my white t". . .LOL! But with 11 HBCU's, the CIAA tournament, and A & T and NCCU homecoming. . . NC is where its at. Besides, we have one of the highest concentration of black college graduates in the country.

just cuz yall got 11 hbcu's doesn't mean that yall the best state. only bout 2 of those colleges are actually known. And I'm pretty sure that our HBCU all star basketball game is much better than yall CIAA tournament.

The majority of the HBCUs in NC are know or have some historical relevance. I sincerely hope that you are not talking about the HBCU All-Star that took place for the FIRST time this year because if so u are sadly mistaken. The CIAA tournament is legendary, I am in the MEAC, grew up around SWAC and everybody(generally speaking) know about the CIAA tournament. If they don't know about the tournament, then they know about "Mr. CIAA" who attends every game and changes clothes every half to support the schools. I had a Calculus II professor miss class for a week to go to the tourney and then he was in the local newspaper (He could stay for all I care, he didn't teach us sh!t anyway, only at FAMU.) So my vote goes to North Carolina cause Texas got a lot of the smaller HBCUs
