Mine comes every 6-7 months or so if I'm lucky. I went to the doctor and she told me I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovanrian Synodrome). That means that cysts grow on my ovaries which means my tubes are blocked. She gave me some pills and they should work. you should go to the doctor. and ur grandmother may have the same thing b/c it's hereditary.
