What do yawl think of having a system in place that would only allow the best of the best (within your chapter) to be able to participate in a stepshow? does your chapter or anyone you know already go by this process or is it just who ever is interested in stepping....steps?

yea..you have to have pride in what ever your chapter does on and off campus. You cant have some bruh with two left feet trying to step infront of the whole school..It doesnt reflect well on the chapter..

We tend to let whomever wants to step come and try to twurk it out in the beginning. If there is a problem and a person can't handle the show, we ask them to either step it up, or sit this one out. Its not a rude thing, but we want to take the very best and present them at a step show. **Side note... I'm feelin the pic in ur sig line Mr. I Phi T.**

Yes, some chapters must have tryouts for their step team due to the size of the chapter. Only the best should be able to compete. You want for your chapter to represent at its best. Now if you don't make the team, you can always work behind the scenes. Everyone isn't made to be a stepper. Some people are good at service. You have to know where you best fit in.
