shiiit..
My Professor give me all the secerts of being a teacher. It's like being appointed once your tenured especially in HIGHER EDUCATION..It takes years for them to fire you and usually they arent willing to go thru the trouble.
Most College Professors own their own business and thats why they love their job because they are making more than 1 income.
You could pop in a video and give worksheets everyday and still get paid $40-$80,000 a year. And raises arent judged by performance but by experience(years teaching)...
This is why I want to be a teacher. I wont have a boss on my back and I'll have FREE time to start my own business.
Where's the honor is kissing **** and being a damn fake? Doesn't anybody have enough self respect, determination and work ethic to get the job done without bending corners?
Teacher's are blamed for everything and i'm sick of it!!! Half of these students walk around with bad attitudes and don't do anything but complain! We put up with unruly children and their defensive parents all for what?!? for crappy pay!
I'm an assistant so, you know i'm not making anything.

Dont get me wrong, sweetheart....I'm not blaming ALL teachers. I'm blaming the slackasses who want the students to give 150% to make THEM look like THEY are doing a great job as a teacher. Dont expect ME to be enthusiastic and positive minded about your class if all you're going to do is show slides and talk about your personal life. TEACH ME SOMETHING. Make me think. Make me fall in love with a topic or subject that I have NO desire to learn about. Persuade me to form an opinion on things that I have no interest in!
People learn easier when they're interested. Videos, slides, pictures....wont make the disinterested get enthused about something.

Thats just the way it is man. Yea, its f*cked up but in every job you had the people that sucked up and worked hard usually were promoted into managers..
Puffy was a suck up..
Russell Simmons...
A lot of rich and famous people had to suck up and work their **** off just to get into the door..
Sometimes you have to let that foolish pride go...
If I ever become rich, I'd rather suck up by working my **** off than playing smiley faced. I'm a grown man. Why would I persuade somebody to think highly of me when I haven't earned it?
If I had that work ethic in the classroom, I'd be illegal.

One major misconception is that a Professor doesnt get paid by how many students pass or like their teachingstyle. their job is to relay the information to the students and the students job is to master that information.
Kool, you gotta learn how to play the game of college. The str8 A students arent always the smarter students. It's usually the C students that are more bright. However, the A students work harder and they do whatever it takes for them to master the material.
