there is only 6 HBCU's that has an accredited Mass Comm department.
NSU is one of them and only 107 schools PWC and HBCU's have an accredited Mass Comm department.
I can tell you HIU is not one of them but of course not alot of thier schools are. Keep on keepin on NSU climbing up the Academic Ladder!!!!!!
It doesnt matter
accrediation is completely voluntary so if a school chooses not to seek it then they dont need to have it.
Temple or CAU (who are both known for their comm. programs) doesnt have accrediation

Second, just because the mass comm school is not accredited does not mean the entire university is not.
Havard's Law School recently became accredited, and we all know that it didn't have to be accredited to turn out some of the WORLD's best lawyers.
