Which Dorm is the best?

I've just received my Housing papers in the mail today and I'm not sure which dorm I should choose or put preference on. When I visited Howard I never got a chance to see the dorms so I don't know which one is the best for undergrad. For example, which dorm complex has the best showers or biggest rooms and so on.

	I heard all upperclassmen will have 24-hour visitation next year. Does anyone know if this is true?
