How do you make pics smaller

I wanna put one in my siggy but its too big...How do I make it smaller? I have it uploaded on photoshop right now

	go to the top... select Image> Image Size... and for best results, keep the Constrain Proportions box checked.

	http://www.myimager.com/ U can use the tool on this site to resize your sigs / avatars or any pic it can also edit pics in other ways, should prove useful, especialy as it can also edit .gifs too.
