Freshmen, because HU already has much disorganization among administration and just having to transfer credits and do all else that's necessary as a transfer student is a hassle. It seems like transfers get the short end of the stick as far as scholarships, registration, and a lot of others go too.

Coming in as a freshamn is easier at ANY school, cuz you usually don't have to deal with credits transferring...
HU is a gr8 school... if you really want to come in, nothing can stop you...

since i am a transfer, i advise you to come in as a freshman. cause like they jus said coming in as a transfer is a BIG hassle...TRUST ME...but hey i love HOWARD!
