If you have lost weight....share your secrets! I've decided to loose some weight and become a lil more fit. I dont want to be "skinny" because skinny doesnt fit me. I just want to tone up my arms and thighs and my abs....
Some things I've found helpful are
-not eating after 6 or 7
-as cliche as it sounds...drinking water really makes u feel better and canclear up your skin and all that.
so whats your tips and secrets
I am actually on weight watchers right now and i have lost 12.1 lbs in 5 weeks...i have hit a plateo right now so...i have kept a constant weight but weight watchers and exericise is a great weight loss plan! I think you pay the initial fee like $25.00 and then every week its $10.95! But its a great plan you should look into it!
Y'all are just filthy...
as for me and other people who do not partake in previously stated suggestions...being in college and lookin at some of that cafe food was enough to help me lose weight
^^^...Lol. I feel ya. The caf at my school makes sure to serve us ALOT of starches. I just stayed my weight by making sure to get a salad and some sort of protein for lucn everyday. I dunno how many people are up for this, but I also ran almost everyday. Runnin ups your matebelism makin you burn more calories.
I heard weight watchers was good....my mother and I were doing it together but she stopped so I kind of did....Now im just on my own.....I REALLY want to run but I just cant run by myself! I will walk allday but I feel weird running by myself.
Runnin alone is hard, no matter how long you been doing it. Running with somebody else is helpful in that ya'll can support each other, and that ya'll can push each other.

Nah not for everybody. When Im training for basketball I run better by myself cuz I can push myself harder than if somebody was with me. And I dont have to worry about the person having to keep up with my speed or vice versa. In the end your own results are all about your own inner drive, your friend wont get you in shape or lose your weight for you. So I'd actually recommend people to get accustomed to really pushing themselves and getting the best out of themselves, by themselves.
Yea I usually work out better w/ a partner. I need the motivation or the responsibility of motivating someone else. If were lifting and I lift more than him than I'll push myself even more so he won't slack off and vice versa. I need this especially with running cause that's not exactly one of my favorite things to do. Just some skinny cat that can dust me.
