If you have lost weight....share your secrets! I've decided to loose some weight and become a lil more fit. I dont want to be "skinny" because skinny doesnt fit me. I just want to tone up my arms and thighs and my abs....
Some things I've found helpful are
-not eating after 6 or 7
-as cliche as it sounds...drinking water really makes u feel better and canclear up your skin and all that.

I lost weight by just doing nothing, i kinda ran out of time to eat, i am kinda busy these days.
So i just had to go out and buy new jeans, cause i went down two pants sizes, i am just going to say i am a size 4/5 now. I don't look unhealthy even though i am 5'7.
I also play Lacrosse and you gotta have endurance and strength and muscle for that, so that helped a lot of girls on my team loose a lot of weight, you could see a change in the girls who joined the team who were slightly heavier and worked out and toned down and those who were the same size and looked the same by the end of the season.
My recommendation; Run or play a sport. i find running with my ipod great, but since i have less then normal knees i can't run on pavement, but its fun, you have something to listen to to tone out the noise outside..
DRINK LOTS OF WATER, WHEN YOUR HUNGRY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, FILL UP ON WATER AND RUN OFTEN. RUN AT THE PACE THAT YOU'RE SO OUT OF BREATH YOU CAN'T REALLY CARRY ON A NORMAL CONVERSATION AND STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD, IT'S PACKED WITH CALORIES ( EXNE DOUGNUT GIVES YOU ENOUGH FAT FOR THE WHOLE DAY.)
