I love to cook. I think ppl get tired of me watching the Food Network, lol. I don't really think there is much I can't cook besides risotto...it takes too much attention. Mama Kool and I are going to watch good ole channel 50 one day.

I'm an aspiring chef, so I'm always cooking. I just finished making a T-bone steak, baked potato, and some corn-on-the-cob. It was SOOOO GOOD!!!

I like to cook. I find it to be a way to rid myself of stress. I am from the MIA so I can cook a variety of foods including soul food, Jamaican dishes, seafood stuff and some straight up white boy meals too. I am still trying to get baking skills tight but my corn bread have'em line up at the door. One of my favorite combinations is fried chicken, collard green w/ the smoke turkey necks, mac n-cheese, corn bread, oven baked sweet potatoes and some peach cobbler.

I forgot to add the church punch. You know, the sweet, sweet sweet kool aid (red)w/ the ginger beer and pineapple juice in it.
