Yall makin me not wanna apply to Howard.....though if I get accepted to Spelman I wont be anyway....Me and Hampton had "addendum" problems...lol...but we solve that....Daya your hair looks really nice in that pic! My hair needs some help...it has no volume.lol
Hmmm let me see Daya you are not the only one lol ... I got Ummm let me see ... from Hampton I received the Letter of Addendum along with the additional Essay and I recieve a little card from Howard saying I needed to enclose the 45 dollar application fee lol (long story) but I sent them their money ... I havent heard anything from Spelman SSU but FVSU wanted my immunization record and stuff.
Hampton did the same thing to me but they had the letter of recomendation and the transcript in the office, inorganized probably. Try going to your transcript person at your school to get the postmark date that they sent out the transcript Daya. It worked for me, especially when the lady tryed to get an attiude saying that None of my stuff are in. I proved her wrong and made her look for it :lol: . I did get in by the way! It will work out for the best. Juicy Sweets, the addendum is not really nessary at all, I think some people had that linked to their application an some did not. As long as they got the essay that was about youth and morals you should be okay! Just make sure you get on them politely in order to get what you want! Good Luck Everyone :grin:
Pray! Seriously... Howard didn't lose a thing of mine and their administration has been excellent throughout this entire year. They validated me even when I had outside scholarship money that hadn't been dispersed and even though they put fees on my balance they eventually took them off without much trouble.
Pray and just be as nice as you can to the hostile and attitudish administrations. If you get mad just throw something or punch someone or somethin...just don't give up on them.
Congrats...I got into Hampton too.. YOu know what I heard about Spelman? This girl that goes there now from my school says that they send u a letter saying that you are a possible canidate but they want to see your 30 and 40 week grades....She says she applied early but didnt get her actual acceptance letter until February.

Thats real cool ... thats not a bad deal I supppose it IS SPELMAN ! I love that school soo much I went to vist last month and I fell even more in love with it but if its not for me to go there I guess God has something else for me but that sounds right abut Spelman wanting your grades like that ... they "dont play NO games" lol but Ughh I am soo NOT PATIENT at all I havent receieved anything from Hampton or Howard other than letters saying they were in review of my application so I am really feeling like I am not even about to get in lol but dang its still December I guess
