The Devil works through music. Posted on 03-02-2006
UnintentionlyMe

Well i just wanted to make a post to make all of you aware that the Devil is using artists and popular music to get into the minds of the youth of this generation. Take the famous rap band Three 6 Mafia. Well anyone who has read a little bit of the Bible knows the tripple 6 is the Devil's number. We all know their hit "Stay Fly." I always felt something was demonic about this song, but my friends all told me I was just being silly. You be the judge and take a closer listen. The woman who begins the song is clearly sayin "You are God, You are king." I cant really make out her last phrase, but before juicy J's verse you can her him say "Lucifar." This some crazy sh*t I tell you! If you think I'm making this up you can take a listen for yourself. And what are the odds of a rap group performing in front of millions of white people at the Oscars? That is nothing but the Devil. What do you guys think?

Music doesn't have to directly 'worship satan' to be controlled by him. As much as we would like to think, we're constantly always being driven by something. We don't just do something or think something without that thought or action having a source. Within the spiritual realms of things there are only two sources: God and Satan. In the end, our lifestyle can only be driven by one so now the question is to the music I listen to, the movies I watch, and the television I watch, is my purpose or is the purpose of those things driven by God, or by Satan. One or the either. I do believe that a lot mainstream music affects the masses today when people don't even notice it. Just try abstaining from it for a few weeks and see how different your mindset is.

I've never heard about that band, however I'd like to listen to that song to make my own decision about it.

I'm not saying that the music is, or is not the devil. However, remember two things: the world is Satans domain. He's been roaming around here since he got kicked out. He's trying to trip you up in music, friends, mind games, whatever... He was a musician of musicians, so he's good at using it. That's a given. God uses things. Satan uses things, what is used, how and what effect it has on you, what you gravitate toward depends on YOUR heart. Um, let me get Biblical for a sec. All of these things are under your feet. Well, not as simple as it sounds. I'm not good enough to get into the complexity of that simple statement in a blog, but there is nothing that Satan can use against you, music, people, situations, that you don't have authority over. Music is a form of expression. An artist is expressing what is inside. If you aren't ready or interested in what is being expressed, then stay away. But when we stereotype music in general, all of it isn't the devil, some of it is just that we are HUMAN and everything we think, feel, and express isn't about God simply because we live on THIS earth. We think things that are inappropriate, devious, etc. cause it's a reflection of our own personal experiece. So to your question, my thoughts. I think the Devil works through a lot of things, so you better know who you are and Who's you are. Know what you stand for and what you won't stand for and stick with it. That is more key than where the attack is coming from on a particular day. That is the root, music and being swayed by it is a symptom of a deeper issue.

HAHAHAHA!!! You fools!! The part of Willie Hutch's "Tell Me Why Has Our Love Gone Wrong" isn't saying anything at all. The part of the song that Three Six sampled goes as such: "Doo-ba-da, doo-ba-dee, doo-ba-da-ba-dee." its is NOT "clearly" "You are God, You are King" In addition, he isn't saying "Lucifar" he's says "Juicy" If you're listening for something "subliminal" in a song, then yes, you will hear it. You can construe any song into something from the the devil if you try to. Outside of the normal connotations of staying high/drunk constantly, wearing jewelery, and general debautchery that we've come to expect from Three Six (and I guess rap music in general *sigh*), the song is harmless. There's no subliminal message. Not to mention, if you do a lil digging, you'll find some pretty cool tunes by Willie Hutch. There are waaaaaaaay too many religious zealots out there that try to place a greater emphasis on things than there really has to be. For anyone that is easily drawn in by the hype that overly religious people are willing to dish out about mainstream music in order to further their own well intentioned, yet ill-founded adgendas, I have a few suggestions: - Get a better sound system. If you're hearing demonic messages in every song you hear on the radio, then you have a pretty jacked up stereo. A couple hundred dollars can go a long way. The proof is in the pudding. The thread starter "clearly" heard "You are God, You are King" instead of "Doo-ba-dee, doo-ba-da, doo-ba-da-ba-dee"... - Consider going to another church. Folks, not every church has their head on right. If your minister/fellow church members have you walking around paranoid and hearing the devil talking to you in your radio, then something is up. Either... a) your church generally doesn't "study" the Bible but uses it simply as a tool to get you in a religious hissy fit and get your money (which, in essence, means that they're just as evil as you want that silly song to be) or b)you're f-u-c-k-i-n-g c-r-a-z-y and you need to see a headshrinker and/or exorcist. - Do some research. It took me 15 minutes to download the original Willie Hutch track ("Tell Me Why Has Our Love Turned Cold"), download both clean and explicit versions of "Stay High/Fly", search the lyrics, and analyze everything. Not only did I figure out the truth, but I also found a few tracks by Willie Hutch that I like and have added to my collection of rare cuts. - Get a life. Come on... You're clearly bored as HELL if you hear the DEVIL in the radio.

Believe everything u don't hear, I can't make out whether or not Three 6 Mafia is this or that, and I really don't care because I don't listen their music because its not music, its guys rapping on a beat about drinking, smoking, killing, and women. Not to mention that they are talking about killing other African Americans. Come on people are ancestor's didnt do what they did for nothing.

I argued with my friends about this very song some months back. I don't really know that much about Three6Mafia in the first place. The devil comes in all shapes and forms.....it's not like anyone is making you listen to their records. If it's that serious then just stick to Kirk Franklin and Fred Hammond, that way you're sure not to get any demonic messages in your system. But then again....whose to say that they don't have some subliminal messages about praising Satan in their stuff too?? Just something to ponder.

I think some of the real popular religious leaders are just as bad as the rappers.
