Project Manager (Moves, Add, Changes "MAC" Lead)
This role is to lead the regional team and ensure the delivery of professional Moves, Adds and Changes functions to a regional client base. The Moves, Adds and Changes Lead (MAC Lead) will manage the delivery team and set the direction for exemplar services across Corporate and Research and Development environments.
The role will report to the CBRE dedicated Global WMO Lead based in the UK I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead CBRE team and manage key business stakeholders associated with Moves Adds and Changes
The Moves, Adds and Changes Lead will be accountable for the consistent delivery of the relocation process and managing associated specialists for successful project management and customer satisfaction
To ensure all information is provided to the Central Data Team and set standards for communication so stakeholders are kept fully informed of changes to workplace portfolio
The Moves, Adds and Changes Lead is responsible for the delivery of CBRE Moves, Adds and Changes processes, inclusive of client meetings, finances, health and safety and programming support contractor activities
Work closely with the Global WMO Lead to deliver the collective services of Occupancy, Information Management and Moves, Adds and Changes
To achieve or exceed target standards determined by Key Performance Indicators
To develop an agile team capable of accommodating changes at very short notice, maximising space occupancy and utilisation of buildings
Develop robust systems for the swift delivery of quotes and work schedules in line with client expectations
Ensure MAC team provide timely scheduling, reports and budgets on all moves and changes projects
Maintain an overview of out of hours works
Follow up with customers to measure satisfaction at project closure
Review and improve CBRE methodology and enforce project standards
Minimise exposure and risk across MAC project delivery
Deliver database for the management of client FF&E inventory
Provide a robust system is in place for quality control of all documents, drawings, and standards
Work closely with the Central Data Team and Occupancy Team for the provision of accurate consistent information informing strategic real estate decisions
II. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) from a college or university. A minimum of 5 years’ experience directly related to the delivery of strategic Real Estate and Moves, Adds and Changes services, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience of leading regional service delivery teams
Able to demonstrate continuous improvement for the development of standard processes, methodology and customer-service standards.
Must have a valid driver’s license as much of the job involves inter site business travel.
Have a knowledge of Facilities Management and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems
Must have the ability to liaise with Business Leaders, IT, FM and Engineering Teams
Must be able to motivate and manage remote teams
Lead budget management including forecasting and cost control
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software relevant to Moves, Adds and Changes services management.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Good verbal and written communication skills

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum four years of related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
