DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • An individual contributor that develops, writes, and debugs large sections of code for assigned software projects.
  • Develops, writes, tests, debugs, and implements code using the relevant programming languages.
  • Take ownership of core parts of a product’s development.
  • Writes clear, maintainable, and portable code.
  • May program tools and utilities to support work on projects.
  • Applies professional expertise to review, analyze and test products under development as a contributing member of a production team to ensure delivery of Nintendo’s high standard of quality and timeliness.

Qualifications & Requirements
 

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 or more years of software engineering
    experience in the relevant field.
  • Has specialized area in the relevant field of
    software engineering.
  • Good understanding of interactive entertainment
    methodologies and production pipeline.
  • Has specific areas of specialization in
    engineering and solve problems with the specialized knowledge in software
    development.
  • Knowledge of the relevant programming languages
    (C/C and/or Web Development (HTML, JavaScript, and CSS)).
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or
    related field; or equivalent education and experience.
