DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Responsible for account sales and management activity. Leading and influencing Nintendo of America’s (NOA) cross functional team in support of NOA’s business objectives and customer initiatives.
  • Manages direct/indirect accounts and all aspects surrounding the sale of Nintendo products, including monitoring sell-through, writing field call reports, analyzing and measuring performance and trends, preparing performance and other reports
  • Prepare account specific business development plans to ensure potential contribution of all assigned accounts will proportionately achieve annual corporate objectives
  • Develops and delivers innovative customer and product-specific recommendations for product placement, pricing, promotion that are aligned to customer and NOA objectives.
  • Provides advertising direction to accounts in collaboration with retail marketing
  • Visits stores regularly to review consumer product presentations and displays
  • Establishes and maintains account files
  • Monitors advertising for NOA and competing products
  • Collaborates with Sales Administration team to plan product needs
  • Analyzes and establishes work processes and priorities
  • Prepare presentation materials that are aligned and in concert with company directives
  • Responsible for balancing assigned accounts’ Retail Marketing Programs.
  • Up to 25% travel

Qualifications & Requirements
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • Six to eight years
    related sales experience
  • Strong key
    account sales experience and skills
  • Leadership skills
  • High PC skill
    level (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, a related
    field, or equivalent
