DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Provides administrative support to VP, Sr.
Director, and Sr. Managers within PDR Department. Support that activities of the department as
a whole with regard to project preparation and administration.
with the Executive on highly confidential matters that may include interacting
with senior corporate executives.
calls and handles or re-routes as appropriate.
calendar for the Executive and department management.
internal and external meetings, including domestic and international conference
calls and videoconferences.
prepares various arrangements such as travel, budgets, expense reporting and
department supplies ordering.
projects on behalf of the Executive as assigned.
judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate
properly track Action Memos in support the Department.
correspondence and reports including CSI deck, NCL monthly report, as well as
others as needed.
Other duties as
assigned by the Executive and department management.
samples in support of the department.
incoming mail to appropriate department personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Five or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Native level written and verbal fluency in English
Demonstrated understanding and experience with US and Japanese business culture
Proficient in Outlook calendaring, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint in English. Familiarity in Visio.
Professional work experience in the US
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
