Assistant/Associate VP and Director of Budget & Financial Administration
The University of Nebraska invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Vice President and Director of Budget and Financial Administration.

Position: The Office of the Vice President for Business and Finance at the University of Nebraska is seeking a high-energy, experienced, financial professional to join our team. As the Assistant/Associate Vice President and Director of Budget and Financial Administration, you will be a key member of the University’s financial leadership team overseeing our budget, fiscal analysis and administrative initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Board of Regents, the University’s executive leadership team, and the business and finance teams on all of our campuses. This position is located in the University’s system administration office located in Lincoln, NE. Job title and compensation will be based on experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• MBA or equivalent
• Ten years of financial and/or accounting leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Higher education experience
• SAP experience
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, directly and plainly
• Demonstrated ability to be results oriented, get work done quickly and dependably
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player and work with a diverse population of constituencies
