Brand Manager- Fashion and Home & Accessories Categories, North America
This position is responsible for the overall management of the marketing plans for the Fashion Collections, Designers, Non-Jewelry Home and Accessories as well as Eyewear categories of business within Northern America. The position will require leading the development and implementation of strategic brand plans as well as ensuring reporting for the category. This position will oversee the development of 2 direct reports.
Lead the development and execution of the strategic marketing plans for the Fashion, Home and Accessories categories, ensuring the business meets or exceeds the profit planning and forecast sales goals for the fiscal year.
List sales plan by category
Oversee the development of marketing plans and calendars
Oversee the marketing spend against each initiative
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all tasks are completed in order to execute each marketing plan successfully.
Oversee all SKU selections
Oversee the development of all creative and media briefs
Oversee timetables for internal/external approvals
Lead interdisciplinary kickoff meetings and cross-functional status meetings
Lead ongoing business analysis to gain key learnings and insights that will influence business decisions and growth opportunities and oversee the monitoring of all relevant competitive messaging.
Sustain a culture within our team that is aligned with that of the company and enhances our productivity and effectiveness.
Ensure the appropriate training and coaching to continually develop employees’ skills
Nurture innovative and creative thinking, problem-solving and collaboration
Develop and administer PMPs for direct reports (Assistant Brand Manager, Coordinator)
Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:
5 to 7 + years marketing and or brand management experience with expertise in:
Luxury/upscale international brands or retailers
Account management across media formats (magazine, newspaper, online, mobile, search (direct marketing a plus)
Range of consumer research and market research techniques
Poise and manner to represent Tiffany & Co. both internally and externally
Enthusiasm, commitment and analytical ability to continually improve and innovate

Highly organized with attention to detail
Appreciation and understanding of style and design
Inspirational and motivational management style
Strong presentation and writing skills
