Senior Additive Manufacturing Research Engineer

Tiffany is researching the application of additive manufacturing (AM) as part of its ongoing innovation efforts.
Design, carry out, analyze, and present experiments related to optimizing precious metal additive manufacturing from powder to final part
Utilize analytical and physical testing aperatus to qualify spherical powders and finished parts for metal additive manufacturing applications
Choose and implement appropriate post sintering treatments (i.e., HIP, mass finish)
Utilize best practices to program and run plasma and gas atomization machinery
Choose and implement appropriate support structure/sintering profile to deliver component requirements via spec tolerance packages
Operate additive manufacturing printing equipment
Lead AM process/materials/research engineers utilizing best practices
Maintain appropriate additive manufacturing validation and process records
