Sales Manager - Store #125 (Pasadena) What does a Magnolia Sales Manager do?
This role is responsible for supporting the Specialty Sales Manager in managing the customer experience. The Sales Manager provides leadership to entire store based staff and achieves maximum profitability while maintaining a positive employee environment, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and demonstrates the company values and business image of the company. The Sales Manager position will be responsible for several areas: manage retail selling floor and customer experience, effectively maintaining their personal clientele, team mentoring, and act as the manager on duty for the retail location.
As a Magnolia Sales Manager, you will:
Provides retail expertise and consultation to staff in support of store operational execution
Provides direction/support to team in driving location performance by developing a team of employees that maximize customer experiences
Drive Sales of Audio Video product category, including component and power solutions, and performance agreements
Employs functional understanding of all Magnolia systems and working knowledge of consumer electronics product offerings
What are the Professional Requirements of a Magnolia Sales Manager? Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 years of retail sales experience for premium brands retailer
Associate or Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Sales Management or related field
2 years of retail supervisory or management experience
2 years of custom audio video (A/V) sales and/or installation experience
