**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
+ **Partnering:** Bring your passion for collaboration, as you'll be working with Business Partners within BU Finance to report, monitor, and manage delivery of overhead and P&L (profit & loss) budgets/forecast.
+ **Supporting with Facts:** You'll be relied upon for proactively recommending updates to overhead/BU P&L budgets/ forecasts and helps to identify ways to close gaps/ meet challenges.
+ **Getting It Done:** You'll be accountable for helping to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial closing/reporting, submission of results and reviews with BU Finance leadership.
+ **Digging Deep:** Bring your intellectual curiosity, as you'll be leading the completion of ad-hoc questions, issues, and projects
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related degree; with some related work experience
+ Computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making skills
+ Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
+ Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
+ Proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning system (e.g. SAP, Anaplan)
+ Strong PC skills with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
