Assistant Search Manager (eRetailer Brand)

As an Assistant Search Manager, you will manage Store-Based eRetailer Paid Search Campaigns as well as oversee daily management of agency pattern(s) and brand marketing eCommerce leads. You will be in charge of analyzing performance data, developing and delivering reporting, managing optimizations and implementing eRetailer Search strategies across Store-Based eCommerce platforms.
Work closely with eCommerce Marketing team and eRetailer search agency to implement paid search best practices, ensuring best in class execution and management of eRetailer Search Strategy across key partners.
Manage day to day operations of emerging eRetailer platforms with support of Agency, responsible for tracking monthly spend and KPIs across portfolio of brands.
Develop and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly tracking of eRetailer Search performance with Agency, Marketing, eComm Sales & Analytics Teams; providing key insights and recommended optimizations.
Responsible for working with Brand Marketing, eComm Marketing & Sales to ensure budget maximization based on Share of Search goals, Item Level Product Prioritization, and Conversion/Purchase Rate optimizations.
Focus on building the “digital shelf” on key eRetailer sites via Search, planning across portfolio, brand and item level priorities.
Responsible for scheduling, facilitating, capturing notes/action items for monthly brand meetings to review eRetailer Search performance.
Expected to maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of eRetailer Paid Search.
Assist search lead with development and evolution of eRetailer search strategy in order to maintain a strong presence across eRetailer platforms and continue leverage new eRetailer search capabilities and technology.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Travel up to 10% of the time or as business needs require.
Qualifications & Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
5 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years of paid search experience.
1 years’ experience in an eCommerce direct to consumer environment required.
1 years SEM platform and bid management experience required.
1 years Amazon Paid Search Experience preferred.
1 years data analytics platform experience preferred.
Experience managing large digital marketing media budgets preferred.
Experience in agency management and/or project management preferred.
