Direct-to-Consumer Growth Manager - ECommerce Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Direct-to-Consumer Growth Manager will manage our Direct-to-Consumer business, including our B2B, B2B2C and B2C e-commerce business models, leading both strategy an execution. In each model, the Direct-to-Consumer Growth Manager will drive the activities related to the development of the platforms where the model will operate, and following the launch, ensure smooth business operations and drive the strategy and activation to continuously enhance the acquisition, conversion rates and retention capabilities of the platform. All this will be achieved through close partnership with cross-functional teams, with this role will serving as single point of contact for all topics related to DTC e-commerce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead development and launch of new DTC platforms
• Coordinate work streams of various internal teams (e.g. Finance, IT, Supply Chain, etc.) and external vendors (Web Development Agency, Creative Agency, etc.) to launch new DTC e-commerce platforms
• Ensure “consumer-first” approach to developing the website, through smooth UX.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to anticipate and solve development and integration challenges, related to DTC e-commerce selling
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure platform readiness before launch


Manage DTC business operations:
• Track and analyze sales on a daily basis, adjusting the plan accordingly to ensure performance
• Report results to senior leadership on a monthly basis, in close collaboration with Analytics team.
• Ensure smooth operations, working in close collaboration with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance and IT) as well as external partners (Web Development agency and fulfillment partner)
• Coordinate launch of new products and formats in one or various DTC e-commerce platforms


Lead the activation of DTC platforms
• Develop strategic consumer journeys and maps, from acquisition to loyalty, for each business model
• Manage paid media campaigns to drive growth on the DTC websites including paid search and display (both prospecting and retargeting).
• Analyze and continuously optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and Customer Acquisition costs
• Lead SEO activities. Optimize website for organic search including technical audits, keyword optimization and onsite content.
• Lead CRO activities. Develop learning agenda for each platform, translate into test streams with the implementation of a strong testing framework, and oversee execution in close collaboration with Analytics agency.
• Lead the development of all CRM and Loyalty strategies, and oversee execution of programs

Qualifications & Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• 4 years of Digital and DTC E-Commerce experience
• Graduate degree in business/MBA and/or equivalent business experience
• Ability to design and execute DTC strategies independently is a must
• Strong project management skills, ideally based on launch of DTC platforms
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce technology landscape, specifically Magento
• Demonstrated track record of accomplishments in the DTC e-commerce space
