Talent Advisor

Nestlé is looking for a dynamic Talent Advisor – Recruiting Team to ensure that recruiting programs are aligned with business priorities to hire world-class talent and build a robust talent pipeline. You’ll develop strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners and the recruiting team to drive the talent sourcing strategy and act as a talent advisor to the business in talent selection best practices.

Recruiting Strategy and Planning
• Partner with functional leadership and HR teams to set and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy and talent sourcing programs to meet business and operational needs
• Participate as a key member of the HR leadership team and develop strong relationships across the organization
• Act as an advisor to management regarding external market trends and internal metrics
• Partner with the Talent Sourcing group to create and implement comprehensive sourcing plans
• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to develop companywide hiring plans that includes volume, skills sets and geography

Recruiting Service Delivery
• Oversee the recruiting process end to end while effectively utilizing the process, systems and tools with a key focus on client relationship management
• Advise Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners through recruiting and talent selection
• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers and their teams to ensure alignment on position, candidate profile, and establish clarity on roles and responsibilities
• Identify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategy, and set expectations around process and timeline
• Partner with Recruiting Talent Sourcers to establish talent pipeline and to ensure quality, understanding of job and availability of the profile
• Organize/participate in, when needed targeted outreach events in the industry and on-site in our office
• Conduct weekly follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation until requisition is dispositioned
• Proactively maintain hiring manager/ HR relationships with periodic interactions to keep abreast of business changes
• Conduct behavioral interviews using behavioral-based competency talent selection methods
• Act as on-going candidate relationship manager by providing value-added recruiting related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions
• Extend and negotiate offers of employment to selected candidates
• Manage requisitions timely in accordance to the Nestlé Compliance process
• Project work as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 years of work experience within the Human Resources field, preferably in talent acquisition
• Bachelor Degree in business, human resources or related field required
• Client-facing recruiting experience in a large national or global corporation highly preferred

• Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients
• Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels
• Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of leaders
• Ability to influence and negotiate with business leaders and HR partners
• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to conduct competency-based recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social and digital media
• Ability to apply business knowledge into practical solutions based on business strategy or organizational changes
• Excellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
• Must be willing to travel up to 15%
