Customer Experience Associate

The customer experience begins with a welcoming greeting and you discovering their needs, finding solutions to meet their needs, including helping guests find the right products and services.
You are able to positively and proactively handle customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
You are able to work with colleagues to find the right solutions for customers at any place in the store
You are able to utilize technology as a tool to provide extraordinary customer care
Actively listening to help customers find products and services that they need
Working with team members to offer solutions for customers
Taking the time to ensure each customer feels valued and satisfied during the checkout process
Participating in weekly team member meetings to constantly improve the way Walgreens serves its customers
Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs of the store, including evenings and weekends.
Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English (Spanish is required in Puerto Rico)

Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
