Wells Fargo Corporate Finance supports all Wholesale lines of business (LOBs) for credit analytics and federal regulatory reporting through a highly professional and diverse team. The Advanced Financial Analytics Senior Consultant will support Wholesaleâs federal regulatory reporting requirements for the quarterly Capital Assessments and Stress Testing (FR Y-14Q/M) submissions and additional reporting requirements. Key responsibilities would include the following: â¢ Analyzing Wholesaleâs 14Q/M data for commercial lending portfolios â performing data analysis, trend reporting, building stronger quality control/assurance processes and procedures â¢ Serving as SME and lead reporting contact for Wholesale's Commitment to Commit (CTC) process and other credit-related reporting processes (i.e. Leveraged Lending) â¢ Developing understanding of Wholesale's various commercial lending products (including complex arrangements such as syndicated lending) and differences in CTC reporting requirements for CCAR, Basel, Liquidity and FR Y-9C/call reports â¢ Managing CTC site and communication of new requirements to upstream and downstream users â¢ Assisting with strategic efforts associated with Wholesale Lending Transformation and its impact to Y14 reporting tools â¢ Collaborating with Wholesale relationship managers and data integrity officers as well as downstream partners in Credit Risk and Corporate Regulatory Reporting â¢ Assisting with the documentation of processes/procedures â¢ Assisting with audits (internal and external) â¢ Supporting the Governance & Oversight (G&O) Framework

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, reporting, financial modeling, statistical modeling, finance, or accounting; or a BS/BA or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Business and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, reporting, financial modeling, statistical modeling, finance, or accounting
A BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
Big four public accounting experience
Financial services experience
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge and understanding of Basel III reporting
Risk and finance regulatory reporting experience
