Exciting and fast-paced opportunity available in Home Lending Executive Office (HLEO) Relationship Management team. Responsible to provide exceptional care and service to internal and external team members while demonstrating support of executive office priorities, initiatives and the overall customer experience.

Desired candidate will support the HLEO Relationship Consultants in managing relationships with line of business partners, assisting with complex case reviews, report preparation, procedural reviews and trending of opportunities both for the executive office and line of business partners. Also responsible to address general questions routed to a shared mailbox, regarding resolution options for open complaints.

Will assist with other miscellaneous support functions, such as Executive Default Research (EDR), general Default Research sub processed work, loan transfer and acquisition work - including readiness assessments pre-transfer, and cross trained to assist with the Advanced Listening review process. May assist with complex research requests directed to us from line of business partners who have identified customer impact based on errors.

Involved in other special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in customer contact, customer service, or a combination of both in financial services; or 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer contact, customer service, administrative support, underwriting, or quality assurance

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with customer complaints, risk or quality assurance roles
  • Understanding of Wells Fargo Complaint Management Policy
  • Prior Mortgage Servicing experience desired
  • Experience with MSP, Compass systems, Letter Wizard and other tools used within the Home Lending Executive Office
  • Experience with Power Point and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to professionally communicate with line of business leadership 
  • Ability to collaborate and successfully partner within a small team
  • Self directed, interested in personal development
  • Ability to confidently and professionally provide coaching and feedback to Executive Office team members regarding quality of work
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience challenging line of business processes that impact the customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet time lines
  • Willing to take direction from multiple leaders in a matrixed environment, supporting the overall mission of the team
  • Ability to quickly shift between tasks based on priority of work
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership at various levels

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

IA-West Des Moines: Min: $53,300 Mid: $74,000
