Supervisor, Sales Training


WHAT YOUR NEW MANAGER WANTS YOU TO KNOW:

I am looking for a self-motivated, energetic, outgoing meeting coordinator to provide support to the sales training meetings and events. *YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE…
  • A Training Guru– You integrate planning, development, and implementation support of initiatives and programs across 2 key components of aesthetics sales training commercial operations (Sales and Training). This position will create and manage all aspects of the head sales communication platform; integrate and collaborate with meeting planners for internal and external customer meetings
  • A Business Liaison – You support Corporate Sales Training with course design, content, logistical planning, scheduling and execution across the aesthetic training platform; Assist strategic communications with major meeting program execution.  
YOU WILL:
  • Create and manage sales force communication, administer sales achievement/awards vendor relationship announcements, and manage business unit budget.
  • Collaborate. Work with meeting planners to lead efforts in designing, guiding and managing special projects within Managers Meetings and National Sales Meetings
  • Serve as Meeting App Manager. house all meeting logistics, information and communication for onsite involvement, meeting participation, surveys and Internet information. Manages attendee feedback based on surveys, tracking and reporting obtainability of data which is used by all levels of management, including Senior Management
  • Plan and Execute Sales Meetings. Support agenda, course design, materials, vendor contracts, payments across Body Contouring. Support Corporate Sales training with workshop implementation and communication. Administer LMS assignments.  
  • Manage Sales Training Course Logistics. To include organization, oversight, surveys, and training calendar maintenance.
  • Manage National Sales Training. To include surveys, eLMS administration, training matrix, and WebEx account maintenance and process development. 



Qualifications
YOU BRING:
  • At least three (3) years of increasingly responsible administrative support including logistical planning, scheduling and execution of training courses. 
  • Meeting planning experience helpful, but not required. 
  • Experience with global leadership support
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint related to specific tasks required.
  • Digitally savvy and experience with new technologies (e.g., iPhone, WebEx, Skype for Business, Microsoft teams, video conferencing, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written skills with ability to communicate to large audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • High School Degree required, Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred.
