Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, and both individual and institutional retirement.

The Field Support Specialist is responsible for targeted day-to-day operational processing across multiple sales locations.  Works closely with the Field Support Manager and Assistant Field Support Manager to ensure timely processing and delivery of operations and client support to Advisors and Licensed Bankers. The Field Support Specialist is responsible for processing operational tasks related to asset movement and trade processing.  This includes, but is not limited to, check deposits, check disbursements, physical security deposits, trade corrections, and order errors. Coordinates incoming & outgoing correspondence, wire traffic email distribution, record storage & retrieval, and the submission of account documentation for imaging.  The Field Support Specialist is responsible for identifying and escalating potential risk-related operational activities and managing service level standards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of operations support.

Position can be located in the following: Western Michigan Market or Great Lakes Market



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience meeting deadlines in a business or office environment demonstrated through work or military experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in cashiering or wire operations
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: systems or applications
  • Brokerage operations experience
