The Field Support Specialist is responsible for targeted day-to-day operational processing across multiple sales locations.Â Works closely with the Field Support Manager and Assistant Field Support Manager to ensure timely processing and delivery of operations and client support to Advisors and Licensed Bankers. The Field Support Specialist is responsible for processing operational tasks related to asset movement and trade processing.Â This includes, but is not limited to, check deposits, check disbursements, physical security deposits, trade corrections, and order errors. Coordinates incoming & outgoing correspondence, wire traffic email distribution, record storage & retrieval, and the submission of account documentation for imaging.Â The Field Support Specialist is responsible for identifying and escalating potential risk-related operational activities and managing service level standards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of operations support.
