How will you make an impact?

The Manufacturing Process Engineer III has the responsibility to develop manufacturing processes and equipment for current and new products.

What will you do?

Lead teams to determine and create an overall plan for production lines and all associated equipment specifications, tooling and support equipment. Expected to identify and implement methods to reduce cost, reduce scrap, increase capacity, increase safety and increase production efficiency. Expected to engage across multiple global production sites to share and implement best manufacturing and procedural practices.

How will you get there?

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Technical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience in manufacturing/process engineering or another closely related field.
• Manufacturing or Production Engineering experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Capability in SolidWorks CAD software.
• Experience with Statistical analysis tools and methods
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and interdepartmental coordination skills
• Experience in BioPharmaceutical industry with cGMP, FDA and ISO13485 guideline
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methods and philosophies
• Self-motivated and mastery of problem-solving skills using investigative tools (5 Why, Fishbone, Fault Tree Analysis, 8D, etc.)
• Experience with engineering standards, testing, SPC and FMEAs
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
• Proficiency in DOE and FEA and associated software tools.
• Willingness to travel as required (0 to 10% anticipated)
