Three different leadership roles: These critical portfolio general management roles will manage their segment, products, benefits and P&Ls end to end.Â The new roles will lead the Cash, Value, and Rewards product teams respectively. These portfolio teams will assume P&L ownership and own the strategy for their respective products and consumers. The Cash Product team will manage the mass affluent segment and the Cash portfolio. The Value Product team will manage the mass segment and the non-rewards portfolio. The Rewards Product team will manage the affluent segment and the Rewards suite of products.
